On Wednesday, Career Services held its semi-annual, on-campus, part-time job fair at The Art Institute of California – Orange County. Local employers come looking to hire students for part-time, career and non-career related positions. Ten employers attended from several industries looking to fill positions in culinary, graphic arts and customer service. An estimated 80 students were in attendance with many of them receiving on the spot interviews.
Job fairs are coordinated by the Student Employment Advisor, Rachel Perez. Rachel assists students in finding part-time work while they are still in school. She also offers resume writing assistance, sends weekly job leads and organizes career-related workshops. Email Rachel at raperez@aii.edu.
